Circling and Spiraling on the Helix of the Ineffable.

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

Woof!!!

The elements dance within... sometimes. More often they make war. In this war, they win and you lose because you are sent on your way and the elements return to themselves. They are part of an endless repeating cycle that runs in a circle and those devoted to that process are acolytes of the varieties of nature worship as well as the occasional perversions of the same, which flourish in darker times. There are other methods of celebrating the unknown, which are attended by other forms of devotion, that manifest in the shape of a helix and others that manifest in a spiral. Maybe we are drawn to what we are drawn to because of our particular composition and maybe we are only composed a certain way because of the needs of experience to flesh and un-flesh us out. Then again, a circle is always a circle. A helix is always a helix and a spiral is always a spiral and they lead in different ways. One might say that all of these are infinite in their continuance but that not all of them repeat, or that perhaps all of them repeat but not in the same fashion. One of these processes always takes place HERE, endlessly rising and falling in seasons. There are those who are devoted to this process and they remain contained within it.

Long established religions become highly complex over the passage of time. They all start out simple and the truth has yet to be concealed in a Byzantine embroidery of dogma and cant. The teachings of the founders of their faiths were unfailingly simple in their message and it is to be presumed that there are always two specific teachings for two specific audiences. I believe Christ spoke about that; how there was one message for the public and another for the disciples, or initiates... after awhile the system (is dis a system?) turns into something that would put the Gordian Knot to shame. The Catholic religion was already a preposterous drag ball before Thomas Aquinas wrote out his laundry list of convolutions. I'm not saying that Thomas didn't have a contribution to make, although I have never yet met someone who has read him.

I would spend a great deal more time reading these various religious texts if I thought I would come across something transforming but, I've read most of them and sometimes more than once and most of everything I have learned that made a significant impression on me came via direct experience. Before I took psychedelics I was something of an intellectual, possibly even a pseudo-intellectual. I thought I knew a lot of things. I had done a great deal of reading, even though I was quite young. The first time I took psychedelics I realized that I actually knew nothing at all. There was a wonderland within and without that I had not previously experienced. It seemed to stretch on forever and... for all I know, it probably does. This was just the beginning of my new awareness and many, many more adventures in consciousness were to follow.

I'll tell you what the most important thing I have learned so far is... self control is very important. It took me a long time, far too long to learn this. I've learned that you can only get so far on the spiritual path without self control. The self can be an unruly beast. Some of us have considerably more passion and drive than others and reigning it in can be a formidable undertaking. Some of us are of a more disciplined sort to begin with. Sometimes you get that from having decent parents but getting decent parents is a matter of Karma. Sometimes you are rendered undisciplined for the purpose of demonstration and sometimes it is so that you might come more fully into control as the result of painful experience. Many don't make it and many don't care. The lack of discipline that I see these days is epidemic and frightening too. I can understand it though. I have been quite undisciplined on occasion; perhaps as a result of far too much discipline earlier on... or... once again, for the purpose of demonstration. It's hard to know why things are the way they are. That implies a knowledge of the mind of god and I make no claims in that regard. Everyone who thinks they know what's going on presumes to know the mind of god, or else considers themselves agents and emissaries of the same. Often they come into these positions through some force of 'seeming' self determinism and not because god appointed them to the position.

Self control is all about self containment. I've learned that in recent times. I've also learned that some of us can get what we want and some of us cannot. In most cases we don't even know what we want and those who do get whatever they get are not necessarily better off than those who don't. I've learned that some of us need to accept that we have passed beyond the point of personal choice in all the important ways and that acceptance is the necessary accoutrement that is required of us. Lao Tzu speaks of this. Sometimes you get to a point, one way or another, by intention or seeming accident and you've moved outside of the confines of personal will. Your life is no longer your own. Well, it never has been. It only looked that way. Yes, of course, your life was your own when you recklessly insisted on having your way with it but... how did that work out?

“Be utterly humble
And you shall hold to the foundation of peace.
Be at one with all these living things which, having arisen and flourished,
Return to the quiet whence they came,
Like a healthy growth of vegetation
Falling back upon the root.
Acceptance of this return to the root has been called 'quietism,'
Acceptance of quietism has been condemned as 'fatalism.'
But fatalism is acceptance of destiny
And to accept destiny is to face life with open eyes,
Whereas not to accept destiny is to face death blindfold.
He who is open-eyed is open-minded-
He who is open-minded is open-hearted,
He who is open-hearted is kingly,
He who is kingly is godly,
He who is godly is useful,
He who is useful is infinite,
He who is infinite is immune,
He who is immune is immortal.”

Yes... we have posted this before but we're not seeking to use all of the 81 sutras before we come round again, only what is relevant to the association that led to the presence of the timeless thoughts of this master appearing here. The first portion is directly connected. to our commentary.

It's a fact of life that people have a short window of time in which they are naturally inclined to seek a liberation of heart and mind. It happens as what passes for a rite of passage in these times. Then the world moves in and the window closes and the louvers go up and you're on rails for what remains of this material dream. The snakes that think they run the joint know how to make this happen. That is why there are things like economic crises, war, high rents, oil shortages, bad job markets and the list is long. All these things are manufactured to put you on rails. There's a small splinter of those who get to be on cruise control and that is a whole other kind of rails. Staying off the rails is the hardest work I've ever known, made even more challenging because I had no choice. You think you have a choice but... on the rails or off the rails, there is only one legitimate and effective choice and reaching an understanding of that is what existence is all about.

It is the seed germ idea in every lifetime and it stretches from Night of Brahma to Night of Brahma... Day of Brahma comes between the Nights of Brahma like a provolone cheese sandwich made on slices of terminally burnt toast. Conversely, it's like blood pudding between two slices of Wonder Bread. I hope this helps in terms of understanding what I'm talking about. Of course the blood pudding actually happens in the other portion of the sandwich and we are in the Day portion regardless. The whole process is called Pralaya and there's Mahapralaya as well. The rishis had it all figured out before this present brief dance of false history began. They are still around in their hidden mist kingdoms, radiating outward into the manifest, in search of resonant souls who have or are reaching the capability of being guided and rescued out of this cauldron of confusion. You are familiar with animal rescue missions. There are also human rescue missions and there are angels and other agents of the ineffable, employed at this profession non stop through all of the Day of Brahma.

That one legitimate choice is to surrender to the divine imperative or to rebel against it. That is ALL that we have here and no matter how varied the examples of us might be here, they are ALL about one or the other. Every life situation is about this. Every breath you take is about this. Every day is arranged around the choices made in either direction. Every night the subconscious works on the events of previous days. Simplify your understanding. It's only about the one thing. People who object to hearing this are in one form of rebellion or another and however long it takes, this will be worn away and surrender will occur. It cannot end any other way. Everything, in most every mind, is functioning only to maintain some status of separation or avoidance. I've been up and down the boulevard on this. I'm guessing that somewhere in this universe is some kind of alternative(s) but I'm done looking for them, not that I ever did. I'm not made that way in any case. I like the idea of surrender. I like the idea of overwhelming cosmic love, in which one disappears; is swallowed up in the vastness of an incomprehensible and immeasurable ocean of it... of Love. I believe in this and I believe it believes in me. It believes in all of us. It suffers and rejoices alongside of us. It is with us in every moment, though we... are not usually with it. That is the ultimate and enduring disconnect.

If we simplify our minds to this awareness, it becomes much more manageable. You can reduce everything in life to this and no matter how bitter your disappointments and losses might be, this understanding will keep you going when it seems like nothing will ever go right again. It will give you hope and it will sustain and grow your faith. When you know that god is the essential core element of your life, then no life situation can be too much; not when you know that the ineffable it right there with you. It doesn't matter if you cannot viscerally experience this at this moment... or as in most cases... very rarely. You have to exercise this awareness. You HAVE TO work on it. You have to remind yourself at all times and one day... and possibly soon; depending on your level of intensity, it will become known to you.

I've mentioned before that I seldom had communion with the divine, or agents of the divine, except in altered states, which is why I engaged in that so often. It was only a few years ago, maybe a decade, maybe more, maybe less, that I have been able to experience regular communications. It will come. It is dependent on your desire for it. It is the great passion. It is a divine passion and to the degree that this is happening in your heart, to that degree it resonates to the rishis and the angels and the ineffable and to every good and illumined soul who strives or serves in the same manner.

Conflicted minds can argue all they want to. What exactly are they arguing about and on the behalf of what would they be arguing? Do they want to split hairs? “Yes... that is true BUT!” Believe what you like and interpret it as you choose. I'm done here (grin)

Naked and Afraid and Dumb as a Fence Post.

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

Or something.

The greater the force of Material Culture, the more the general mind is imprisoned in the turbulent soup of it. It's not my place to pass judgment on whether that is the best place for it. My continuing observation is that it is probably not, for one cardinal and critical reason ...and that is due to all of the lives and minds so engaged being of a temporary duration. It is the inescapable truth that those minds and lives and all that is attendant, must take their leave at some point and due to the consistent nature of attachment, it will not be a pleasant separating when it happens. If every reference point in the minds of those under consideration here is in Material Culture then... where does that leave one when they leave?

It's all about the bandwidth and it could be measured and understood should the scientific community take any interest in that. However, the scientific community is an employee of Material Culture. They get no salary and no positive recognition, unless they serve the interests of Material Culture and it doesn't matter how ridiculous their fumbling about in the dark might be, all of it receives the imprimatur of Material Culture. It doesn't matter how horrific their experimentations are. It doesn't matter how dangerous to the population of the entire world their efforts become, it all has the favor of Material Culture. What isn't always known in a wider sense is that Material Culture is suicidal. It WILL kill itself at one point. It always has. Before it kills itself though, there are stages it passes through on the way and one of those stages is the point at which it goes stark raving mad. This is not merely a possibility that may or may not occur. It is a certainty.

There are a number of certainties about Material Culture, one is that its technical capacity will outstrip the state of its moral evolution and there will be Hell to pay. Material Culture is, in its essence, all about SELFISHNESS. What this eventually leads to is a small minority of the most selfish taking possession of the majority of the world's wealth and... because these individuals are clinically insane, they will not stop appropriating until they own and control all they can own and control and they will use ANY means necessary to accomplish this. If that means turning the entire planet into a combination prison camp and global graveyard, that is fine with them. They are not human in the way we classically understand that word (those of us who do understand the meaning of it). Because of this they do not behave as you would expect a human being to behave. They renounced their humanity for the purpose of personal gain at the expense of humanity. The proof of this is patently obvious.

Everyone has to make decisions for themselves about what they will pursue in this life and that will be determined by what has influenced them from an early age; what they brought with them into this life, their values and whether they possess any integrity. I should mention that whether one has any appreciation for truth and whether they possess a spiritual nature will be a factor. The absence of these will result in a complete magnetizing of one's being by the force of Material Culture.

Every successful culture, unless it is a rampaging dictatorship, or one of those kingdoms built on 'the great man' principal, succeeds because it employs functioning archetypes that give, at least the appearance of fair function, despite differentials in the wealth and position of its citizens. Justice is not only done but when it falls short, it appears to be done; if that makes any sense. The least among the populace is cared for, which means there is always some aspect of socialism. This isn't my field so bear with me, given that. In all cultures that continue on the level of general satisfaction, or thrive, the appearance of it sets the standard for the pervasive vibe of the people. When that gets lost, and when there is no longer the appearance of justice done and all the other archetypes have lost their gyro, the populations enter a wide split, concerning degrees of privilege and access to the fundamental life needs. Then the necessary socialized aspects of health care, housing and inexpensive food, increasingly become one thing, while appearing to be another. As appearances further and further diverge from actuality, insanity becomes commonplace and social transformations like riot and revolution become inevitable and then... the odds begin to favor those who are not afraid to die against those who are too porcine to dare to die. The party of the first part has been pushed to their limits and death is less of a concern than the desperation of each passing day. On the other hand, those who are too porcine to dare to die are destined to tremble on their percale sheets of a night.

Okay... enough of that. I'm not all that good at those forms of theorizing in areas I am not educated in.

Suffice to say that the writing on the wall is not graffiti. It's prophecy. Even the graffiti is prophetic in the way it is indicative of the consciousness at the street level. You can learn all you need to know about a culture by what is promoted in entertainment and what passes for government policy and how the two interact and that brings us to the tie that binds which is political correctness. In Hawaii, apparently, they are now going to tear down the changing rooms at the beach and make them unisex. How many transsexuals are there? There are not many. It is less about accomplishing anything than it is about confusing every issue and blurring the line between all our former ideas of what holds society together and what tears it apart. None of these things has anything to do with being fair and understanding, or bringing the whole of humanity under one wide tent of common need and opportunity. It's Satanically manifested horseshit. It's meant to mentally and emotionally subjugate those whose objectivity has been compromised to the point that they can't think and chew gum at the same time; thinking is definitely going to be taking a back seat in the order of priority.

Okay... maybe it's not all bad news, maybe they only report bad news because it has a two fold advantage over good news. That is, if you happen to be a Satan Junkie, which the people who run the ass media are. One advantage is that it keeps the populace in a continuing state of woo woo and WTF(?) It also advances the continuing agenda of sturm und drang that is the hallmark of those pressing for ever greater and greater control over the day to day perceptions of the common mind.

Every time the trends indicate that the public is catching on to what is being done to them, those who are in the business of doing what is being done to the public, trot out one of their mind control robots and engineer a dramatic kill, like what just happened at a church in Charleston or... they arrange a staged event that never even happened, like Sandy Hook or the Boston Marathon.

My car is starting to exhibit ominous signs of mechanical need and so, in the midst of one of these signs, I pulled in to Firestone to have them look at it which they said they would do, right up to my spending an hour and a half waiting, at which point they said they couldn't get to it, after assuring me they would. The result of that was that half the time I sat in the waiting room and saw segments of one of those survivor spin-offs called “Naked and Afraid.” By this I can fairly estimate the intelligence of that body of the population that tunes in to this crap. They run around naked in survival mode and from what I saw, it is always a man and a woman. This is so that they can milk the sexual tension and crisis encounters that are all staged. You are given the impression they are alone and on their own in some tropical island setting but... if that is the case then who is filming it all, especially when one of them has opted out and who is filming it when both of them are in the frame? The narrator goes on and on about the dangers in the water and elsewhere but nothing, of course, happens. Though I have not seen network TV in decades, except when something like this brings it in front of me, I'm guessing that most of the programming now is this sort of thing. It's cheaper to produce and shoot this sewage and it also helps in the dumbing down process.

It's out of my hands. It was never in my hands. If you cannot turn the tide, you must swim with it or get out of the ocean because at some point the ocean is going to turn into a giant washing machine and the fish? Uh huh...

One of the most difficult things for anyone to come to an understanding of is that they have no influence beyond the influence conferred by the one who grants all influence and the nature of that influence is what is desired for the total effect of whatever the teaching moment turns out to be. We think we are responsible for what results. We are not. We are players, actors and sometimes it doesn't work out well for those who believe they are at the crest of the wave, riding high. The higher you ride, the further you can fall and will... depending.

I know I have been saying the same things for a bit. The same things keep passing in view. It will not always be so. It will not always be so. Time will tell and we shall see.

Sipping Dom Perignon in the High Tower with the Dali Lama.

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

May your noses always be on your face.

I feel the need to tread carefully. I don't want to go flailing around in areas that I'm not fully informed on (am I fully informed on anything?). At the same time, I have a problem I can't shake about things going on in the world that has to do with this quote from the New Testament; “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” It seems like every time you scratch the surface of a claimed prophet or world teacher these days that you find a dark underbelly. Maybe if you scratch that the beast will sigh and gurgle with contentment. There are a host of celebrity spiritual icons running about. Many of them you haven't heard about because they service an exclusive clientele but... they're out there, working the rubber tofu circuit. Most of them come out of the New Age sector, many of them are crypto Tribe members. In a surprising number of Buddhist enclaves and at Indian ashrams, the guy called Rama Lama Yakshit is a Tribe member and they also got those Chabad houses around the world too. At one of them they gave logistical support and sanctuary for the Mumbai attackers.

We didn't come here today to talk about Tribe infiltration of spiritual movements. That's a known truth to those who know it and just more false appearances for those who don't. We're here to talk about the Dali Lama today and to, of course, then segue off into something that may or may not relate to the subject we are using to launch off into whatever direction.

I'll admit to being wary and suspicious about the Dali Lama for some time. Initially it was because he appeared false to me. He just didn't look or sound right. I realize there are some who can say that about me or anyone, simply from a subjective vibe hit and all of us will look wrong to someone. Maybe it's not my place to talk about the Dali Lama, or any other ceremonial, high mucky muck. I was first alarmed by the way he smiles. I realize that could be just me but the smile and the way he talks bugged me. Then there is the fact that he is an admitted Marxist. By this time we should know what the impact of Marxism is on the operational philosophy and life actions of a person. Then there are the watches. Any watch on a Buddhist teacher gets my attention because... they are supposed to be about the timeless; yes? Then there is all that celebrity association, all that hanging out with the high and mighty. Then there is the known history of the cat. Then there is the meat eating, which I guess is a personal choice but Buddhists are supposed to be vegetarians, or am I wrong about that? I know that a lot of Tibetan Buddhists eat meat, probably because there isn't much else available in Tibet... or didn't used to be. What I mean is that it's not an agricultural wonderland; is it? I'm just reaching here cause I'm no expert on these things.

It bothers me that I so often wind up in an unpopular position on so many issues. I'm not a confrontational person and don't want to be. I like to get along or else I get on. I've never really found a home in this world. There's too much here that grates against what I would prefer. It's that Kali Yuga allergic reaction that I suffer from. You know what? I don't want to talk about the Dali Lama anymore. I've said what I have to say and what I haven't said is there in the few links given.

For decades I have had to listen to some variation about, “Well, that's his lila” It's used to excuse these enlightened teachers for their obsessions with all kinds of material toys. It means that they are gods and that whatever they get up to is their play. They can be excused for their excesses because they are gods and exist and operate under a different set of standards than those that we might be held to.

I wrote a posting a few years ago about The Eckhart Tolle Booth. It garnered over 200 comments because it was controversial. Fans of the man didn't want me knocking him but... I studied him for awhile before I had anything to say. I watched his hypnotic, droning lectures in which he said nothing that I could find much value in that I hadn't heard better put by the people he took it from and I associated that with whatever drew Offal Winfrey to him.

Then I found that all the front row seating at any of his talks were reserved for celebrity attendees and then I saw where he was charging hundreds of dollars to give his speeches. Okay, maybe he is a lot more dynamic a speaker than I and maybe his information is a lot more valuable than my own, or others like me. One could argue that and maybe that is why I work for free and he doesn't have to. On my behalf, I've never tried to charge for my work, with the exception of books and CD's of which I have given away hundreds of as well, so I don't know whether people would give me a lot of money or not. I can't see the upside in charging because these things are supposed to be like the waters of the spirit freely given and we are supposed to be stewards of the talents and information given to us by the infinite source. How do you put a price on the priceless? How can you charge for spiritual truth?

In the Bible is says things about a workman being worthy of his hire and that those who serve the gospel shall live by the gospel and I've tried to accomplish that through donations but that has hardly been a factor in my personal maintenance, for whatever the reason that is ...but somehow I have been allowed to continue in my work and sometimes I can't see how it is that that happens. Now... this isn't about whether my work has value or whether those slicker than myself are able to amass fortunes by repeating the things already said by others- now long gone- who lived by the gospel and... when I say gospel I don't mean the output of any particular creed. I mean simply living truth, no matter how it comes to a person and I believe that the oracles that dispensed it are still very much consciously connected to their message at this very time. I believe that truth and ageless wisdom endure forever and that those connected to it do too. What it is about is that this all confuses me. I become perplexed sometimes about how a person is supposed to proceed in this world simply on faith. Somehow it seems to work out but sometimes it can get tense, if you let it.

I must admit that it offends me when I see people raking in large amounts of cash and other swag in their public performances. I at least expect them to live modestly, regardless of what comes in and to pass on the excess to the needy and less fortunate. This is what I have observed or read about in the lives of true teachers.

The same applies to artists who have, due to what I believe is the temporary investiture of talents and inspirations; of whatever quality, given that sometimes they are appreciated by a certain audience but leave no good impression on others, are the beneficiary of considerable largess. Last year Bon Jovi made around a hundred million dollars and many another made tens of millions writing pornographic rants that mostly involve degrading the feminine and celebrating material excess, as well as random violence dispensed all round. Every year they rake in large sums of capital, some of them shamelessly exhibit big bundles of cash and everyone who is stinking rich remains stinking rich, except when they go bankrupt due to their outrageous lifestyles. Occasionally they make some small donation to a charitable cause and get tons of publicity, when the amount given is next to nothing, compared to what they retain. Money has a fierce power from which all too few escape the damming clutches of. The spell cast upon the mind by money is amazing to watch in action.

Let's end up with a segued digression apropos of nothing. A few months ago this mother hen showed up with about 9 little chicks. Over time to this moment that number has been reduced to 5. I feed them my papaya skins and seeds each day. Until a few days ago the mother was always around the chicks. Some of the chicks are fairly large now. I noticed a couple of days ago that the mother was suddenly no longer attending the chicks. I see her wandering about on her own and the chicks on their own. It is as if some sort of term limit got reached. I found this very interesting. We get looked after in a certain way up to a point and then that goes away. It is to be presumed that thereafter we are looked after or looked in on in a more invisible sense and I believe we are looked after by whatever it is we seek out, as that facility applies to the environment it takes place in. Some minders are less compassionate and caring than others. So it goes.

I honestly don't want to knock those who are experiencing fortuitous karma, if that is what it is. Sometimes it just looks that way and isn't fortunate at all. Sometimes you are being set up for an epic fall because everything that comes to you is in the manner of a test to see what you do with it. Like I said, we are stewards. It is to be presumed that people earned what they now have through the industry of former lives but each life is like a cassette tape put into a tape player and each tape has a time sequence. Once the tape runs out it runs out. Whatever was on the meter is now exhausted, unless the participant was a wise steward and recognized the cosmic value of routine generosity. This generosity can be in many another way besides in the material sense; that being the least of what we have to offer, though we may be unaware of the resources available to us. Everything matters and the most seemingly insignificant event in each of our lives is a special dealing of the ineffable with our souls. We really should pay more attention and- for myself- I try to.

I think about Mozart who died a pauper and got placed in an unmarked grave. I think about Van Gogh who only sold one painting in his life and I think of others who have had a major impact on cultures world wide and whose work is celebrated today but who were reduced to extreme penury in their lifetimes. That wasn't the case with Mozart but given the appreciation bestowed on his work, even when he was alive, it is hard to understand how he came to the end he did. Life is a mysterious thing.

The Darkness of the World and the Light of the Ineffable.

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

Woof!!!

The world, somehow, moved in the 60s from a promise of Utopia to a reality of Dystopia, unless the Dystopia is actually a Utopia, according to some kind of majority dream agreement on the part of the population. I'm not sure if what we see around us comes about through common assent, or it get forced upon those too stupid to be unwilling or... this is how they want it. From the degree of participation in this matrix hallucination, it seems we are looking at a coalition of the willing but... it is possible that people have been programmed into thinking this is what they want and due to an incredible lack of imagination, or even less intelligence, they are unaware of any other possible options. This is how it is and this is the way it was and this is the way it always will be- ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Sorry... I don't mean to be rude or insensitive. It's possible I am just out of the loop. I've been out of the loop pretty much all of my life. If I don't fit in and haven't been able to fit in, it must be my fault. Everyone else is so well adjusted and I couldn't fit in if I tried. I know this because I have tried and it didn't work.

Earlier today I was in this small (relatively) town and I went to get gas but I had to go through some creative navigation to get to the gas pumps because it was lunch time and there was a traffic jam trying to get into the McDonald's drive through. Ironically, I had been in that same town a few weeks ago at the same time and also needed gas and had to go through the same rigmarole; some rigging and some rolling and then I was okay and out of there. Having had this happen twice, it seems to have imprinted on my consciousness. Irrespective of what toxic and possibly lethal products they provide, they are very popular. There is a larger town a few miles on and there one can find an array of fast food emporiums and also a great deal of traffic moving through the drive through lanes. This I have seen with my own eyes.

On the other side of the street, in this larger town, are what used to be lava flats. They weren't flat at the time, until the Cat 9's and other machinery came in and flattened it and then put in these huge boxes filled with all kinds of things in smaller boxes that are for sale to the people who eat at these fast food emporiums. Why the fast food joints are on one side of the street and the big boxes are on the other, I don't know but I do know that the people who live here go back and forth between them and seem pleased with the process. I can't make head or tail of it. This is what happens when you don't fit in.

Traditionally, not fitting in has been an indication of dysfunction and possibly, even poor social skills, although sometimes it can be brought about by a harelip, a propensity for cannibalism or a lack of sensitivity for politically correct issues. In the past these have been linked together as offenses of equal severity. Now, of course, the latter has far outstripped the others and rightly so, according to the people who rig the polls that manufacture the measurements of public opinion and the only reason you wouldn't immediately recognize the validity of this is if you were dysfunctional, or some sort of misfit too. It's crystal clear thinking to see it this way and the sort of venue that launches the kind of logic that motivates icons like Tibetan leaders to confer the status of deity upon worthy souls like Steven Seagal. I would think it is only a matter of time before the same honors are granted to Richard Gere's gerbil; regardless of whether it may or may not be an urban myth.

No doubt there will be doubters from the scorn patrol out there who might be motivated to believe that I am being less than sincere in my ramblings here so far. Some might imagine that I have devolved into satire; au contraire... not unless, unless all those brought to your attention here are also, in some form, insincere, or possibly, simply clueless ...but I would never imply that kind of thing, given that sensitivity is my hallmark, as any casual observer would know by now.

This will probably be the strangest segue I have ever brought about in my personal blogsphere but... I am thinking it is just a by-product of not fitting in and having to think creatively outside of the box I am unable to assimilate into but... however strange the segue may be, both in topic and tone, I am of the belief that the reader will get it; Christ spoke often of the power and beauty of forgiveness. One of his most potent statements was, “Father forgive them, they know not what they do.” This should be seen in the context of all of the issues and individuals mentioned here today and... let us not forget the environments and infrastructures, as well as the cultural states also mentioned.

I have come to the understanding that one's level of spiritual evolution can be measured according to their capacity for forgiveness and there is one particular divine quality that will make this possible for you... understanding. On the tree of life, understanding is the third sephiroth and the power of understanding flows out of the power of wisdom, which is the second sephiroth. The first sephiroth also flows into the third sephiroth but we won't define what that is because it is a light that cannot be defined except by pretentious pedants. The what of it is not the important concern. The 'is' of it is the crucial feature. It IS... sort of an “I am that I am.” The capacity for forgiveness is accelerated by the resident humility of the heart and mind that can embrace it's own inability to know. In other words, one's ability to accept something higher than themselves and to be surrendered before it. In other words, “to err is human, to forgive is divine.”.Do you see where I am going?

To my mind... the totality of one's being is defined by the quality of their love. One's fate, fortune and relationship to the divine is defined by the quality and volume of the love that resides and passes through them and Love in it the higher arc of its being and expression manifests as forgiveness out of wisdom and understanding and equally that which is beyond definition and always will be and I am not even remotely curious about the definitions given by those who think they know because I am one who knows he does not know and has no motivation to know that which I do not know for VERY GOOD REASONS.

Should you ever wish to measure yourself against your temporary enemies or detractors, measure it against your capacity for forgiveness. Do you sincerely forgive but have yet to receive forgiveness? How much better could things be for you? Why is that? Let us employ simple logic to that effect. Of course, you have to take the premises given here as truth. Many will not but... that is not my concern... continuing... GOD is ALL POWERFUL. If GOD is all powerful and all aware, within everything and of which everything is made then there is NOTHING of which GOD is unaware, unless GOD chooses to be unaware, even then, GOD is aware of that (grin). IF this is true and IT IS, then pleasing anyone other than the divine is a waste of time, at any time, ever. AND if understanding, forgiveness, mercy and compassion are at the highest point of the being of the almighty, insofar as a human mind can comprehend anything, where does that leave us? That's a personal choice, isn't it?

There is no point for anyone in possession of this level of awareness to concern themselves with what the world thinks. The opinion of the world is worthless, EXCEPT to the degree that it influences your opinion of yourself. Is your opinion of yourself based on what the divine thinks of you or what the world thinks of you?

There are qualities that the divine appreciates highly in us, for they are mirrored qualities of the divine; understanding, forgiveness, mercy and compassion and of equal rank, if not higher, there is humility. One gains possession of these qualities by the practice of them just as one gains the possession of the presence of GOD by the practice of the presence of GOD as illustrated by that singular tome written by Brother Lawrence.

I hope this posting is not disconcerting ...with the initial opening and the strange segue, along with what followed. It is my hope that some good has come of it all and may the ineffable guide you in all your movements, home to the heart of existence ...and the unspeakably wonderful source of it that resides in the center and gives life to everything that lives.

The Angelic and Satanic Subliminals Working on Maggie's Farm

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

A dog in the bush is worth two in the kennel.

As you may remember, if you come here often enough for that to happen, I have said several times that the moving force in relative existence is sexual and that those who manipulate existence work directly upon the expression of sexual force. This is why we are seeing so much of what has been written about in the last two postings. You see it in advertising and fashion everywhere. You see it in music and entertainment. You see it in the boardrooms and executive suites. When you are young it is the driving life force that expresses itself in all manner of ventures besides courtship and copulation. Later (if not before) it expresses itself in progeny and later still it expresses itself in its absence of efficacy and its gradual disappearance along with you as well. It plays a significant role in your health. When you are young it maintains you with its sheer abundance and in latter days it keeps you well according to whatever conservation discipline you have in place.

It is vitality and flexibility. It is poetry and pornography. It is a reservoir of both joy and sorrow. It comes as rage and outrage, depending on how the plumbing is channeled and it blossoms in perversity and piety as well, according to the schematic of the plumbing. The schematic gets built by the contractor, who employs the draftsman, who reels out the blueprints that get impressed on the subconscious by the Satanic or Angelic Subliminals, who program the people according to the way they harvest the collective sexual force for their profit. This happens when they sell you the clothes you wear or the beer you drink. This happens when they get you to dance in their strip clubs or work on Maggie's Farm; fight in their wars, rumble in their streets, or lay on your backs and lurch at the skies with empty hypnotized eyes, as if the creator were above you, instead of inside you and that is an important distinction. There can be a big difference in motive depending on who is running the show; inside or outside. The ones who profit off of the usual plumbing arrangements put all their attention on being influential about who runs the show but they never have any real say in that. Their only power lies in convincing you they do or in getting you to believe in their version of who runs things.

They do this in organized religions. They get you indoctrinated into certain dogma and ritual and you take it as gospel. There is nothing accidental about the pedophilia and buggery of the priests. There is nothing accidental about the exposure of it and there is nothing accidental about its occurrence in every area where it happens because those who participate in these things are drawn to those areas where such opportunities reside. Essentially it all comes down to the plumbing again. Some might not have noticed that the devil is loose.

Some think there is no devil and some think that there is. I'm not going to go into that but I will say that there is evil in the world. Some will say there is no evil either and I will say there is certainly the appearance of it. In the long run it may be that everything works for good but as I remember, everything only works for good for those who love the ineffable and that is why it is the chief and most important commandment. There are other reasons too and one might profit considerably by reflecting on the meaning of it.

What is it that swallows those who are caught up in and captivated by the world? It is the love of the world expressed in the things of the world and experienced in the magnetisms and attractions that act upon the senses as one moves through the world and that is where that other phrase comes from, “In the world but not of it.”

Mr. Visible is watching a film along side the writing of this posting as he usually does. It is a touching film, which is not always or even often the case; one might say that about the lives that come and go here too. The film is, “McFarland, USA.” It's based on a true story and- as I remember- there have been quite a few of these over the years because there are a lot of true stories where one individual made a positive difference in the lives of others. It is to weep and it is surely to weep that there are only as many as there are but... surprisingly, in towns and cities around the world, there are people trying to do what they can. They are the unsung heroes of our world who work in the soup kitchens and various industries, groups and organizations who seek to better the lives of others and unfortunately there are all too many in the charity groups and social organizations who exist for no other reason than to bilk the public and occasionally much, much worse.

I cannot say it too often or in too many different ways, so I will say it again; it doesn't matter how many mistakes you make. It doesn't matter if you went in the wrong direction here and there or if you had no clue as to where you were going and you just kept going until you got a clue. The past and the future are artificial demarcation lines. They exist in the mind in a real sense, until they do not and one might find some interesting connection between the past-present and future and the subconscious, self conscious and super consciousness. We compartmentalize our minds when there is only one mind.

One of our biggest errors is in imbuing the divine with our own human qualities and shortcomings. We presume that the divine is just as covetous and unforgiving, just as petty and spiteful as ourselves. Oh, we may not say these things directly to ourselves but when we act like that as the Almighty's representatives, as ambassadors of our own beliefs, we betray just what we think and understand of and about the almighty. We make the divine into a bigger model of ourselves with all of our prejudices in active expression.

As nice as this movie is in its message, it is also hijacked by nationalist interests and there are other subtle drawbacks to the thing but I ignore them just as I do in real life. It is important to know what you can effect and what you cannot effect. This is the serious failing of all social reformers who set out to change the world and then wind up attempting to remake it in their own image or in the image of their financiers. No social reformer has much effect without financiers. Of course there are those meant to have an impact by the command of the all high and they do, regardless of financiers and we must note yet another truth that is made real here across the ages. Sometimes an individual has an impact in the short term and it can be and has been dramatic and sometimes one's impact extends over the centuries and beyond. There is no way to measure it in terms of the temporary ambitions of the marketplace, except in the context of those ambitions.

Whatever minor or major mountains and molehills we have traversed or fallen from become minor events over the extended reach of time. Lifetimes become minor but oh how important they seem in the compressed time of their passing. As long as time factors into the manner in which the mind views life, life is affected in every respect. Once time is no longer a feature, my goodness. Waterfalls of beauty pour into the eternal present from all sides and one is immersed in it. It intensifies and intensifies until there is no other sense of anything else. The beauty transmogrifies into love and the love moves from the multiplicities of its expressions, into the singularity of its highest expression, which is that which takes place between the individual soul and the cosmic spirit. The soul is the vehicle of being that moves through our lives, from life to life to LIFE, like the strand that holds together a necklace of pearls. The greatest tragedy of being trapped in material concerns is that there is so very, very, very much more and it is lost, sacrificed on the altar of nothing.

Is it lost? Is it temporarily misplaced? Are there vast reaches that must be crossed for one to return for another chance? It is said that a human life is an exceptional opportunity. Does this mean there is some incredible range of life forms that one must be obliged be born in? Must one become a chicken for ten thousand lives to make up for all they consumed? Is it the same with the cows and the pigs, the turkeys, the sheep and goats? I don't know. What I do know is that I am trying to make the best of this lifetime.

I feel confident that I know there must be a connection between us and the lives we affect while here; between us and the animals we eat, between us and the businesses we engage in and the conditions created by them and so on and so on and so on. It is all interconnected. I can handle most any disappointment here if it means that I might avoid far greater disappointments further on. One should be far more concerned with whether they offend the ineffable than anything else.

End Transmission.......

I was going through my effects, prior to someone else doing it (grin) and I came across a CD of my hip replacement operation in Senftenberg DE. I've never watched it. Like most things done to me or said about me, I'm just not that curious. I do pay attention to things said to me though. Everyone should. Anyway... since I have a Tribetube channel now I thought I would put the operation up for the amusement of the reader. There will be a bit of a learning curve and the time it takes to Tribetubalize the video but I will get it up when I can, which is not what I said to my last love interest (grin). Anyway, it came as a surprise to find it. It will be a new experience for me.
